Manage Account

Do you want us to delete your account and your account data? No problem! We'll help you. 

Process:
1. Send us a message below and let us know what your email is that you used to create the account and let us know whether you want ALL data or PARTIAL data deletion, or account deletion.

2. We'll send a message to the email used to confirm that the account data should be deleted.
3. Reply to that email to confirm account deletion.
3. We will delete your account and your data if you so choose.

Note that data that is associated to your account may include:​

• a name or nickname for yourself (the parent)

• location information e.g. postal code or geolocation (optional)

• optional information about your own disability, neurodivergence, or interaction preferences (optional)

• a first name or nickname for each learner (ie your child)

• the learner’s approximate age range (optional)

• information about the learner’s disability, neurodivergence, or learning needs (optional)

• preferences selected through interactive settings regarding the type of learning experience you want your child to have (optional)

• topics or content areas you indicate should be avoided (optional)

• a visual avatar for each child which may include a photo or other uploaded image (optional)

• chat history of parents and children

• children's interests

• educational activities viewed, accessed, or engaged with

• features and tools used by the parent or child

• time spent on specific activities, content, or parts of the app

• navigation behavior such as clicks, taps, and scrolling

• device type, operating system, and browser (where applicable)

• IP address and geolocation

• text- or voice-based questions and responses submitted in chats with the AI

• responses and feedback, audio, video, or screen recordings of research sessions, transcripts or notes from interviews, and any additional information you voluntarily provide during research if you volunteered for product research

We store personal data only while the account remains active and for a limited period thereafter (typically up to 12 months) to allow for account reactivation or restoration at a parent’s request. After this period, personal data is either securely deleted or anonymized in a way that it can no longer be linked to an individual child.

Upon deletion of data, we anonymize chat, delete references to chat data, and delete all other data permanently.
